A Community with a size between 1 and 5 is a Village. A community with a size between 6 and 10 is a Town. A community with a size of 11 or more is a City.
To:
A Community with a size between 1 and 3 is a Village. A community with a size between 4 and 6 is a Town. A community with a size of 7 or more is a City.
It seems that play has slowed down slightly. This should mostly just change how long you have to work to win.
