In “Attainment”, replace “The first Individual to be the sole Individual who has the most Attainment past the 5th of February 2020 at 12:00 UTC has achieved victory.” with:-
The Endpoint is the 5th of February 2020 at 12:00 UTC. If the time is after the Endpoint, and if no Individual has Focused in the previous half hour, and if one Individual (the “Attainer”) has more Attainment than each other Individual, then the Attainer has achieved victory.
Attempting to avoid a potential mass of conflicting game actions at 11:59:59 on Wednesday.
