In Powers, change:
If an Incarnation has fewer than 5 Powers, its controlling Deity may create a Power for it by spending 1 Quintessence.
to
If an Incarnation has fewer than 6 Powers, its controlling Deity may create a Power for it by spending 1 Quintessence. Powers with at least 1 “Might” component that mentions an Avatar are not counted against this limit.
As it stands I cant create any power, nor get ridden of the ones I currently have.
hm. You could make a proposal to clear Chrono’s powers you want to get rid of.
