In the rule “Symptoms”, replace “except those in the section titled Spectral Actions” with:-
except those in the rules “Spectral Actions” and “The Doctor’s Rounds”
To “The Doctor’s Rounds”, add:-
If the Doctor is exhibiting Death, he skips the second and third bullet points of this list.
If “Spectral Actions” is a section rather than a rule, remove it and add an empty rule called “Spectral Actions”.
Following on from the previous proposal, rounds should continue to happen even if the Doctor has died. (Also clarifying “Spectral Actions” as a rule rather than a section in the sense of core/dynastic/appendix.)
