In the rule “Upgrades”, change the text

a baker may pick one of the Upgrades listed below and perform it

to

a Baker may pick one or two of the Upgrades listed below and perform them.  If a Baker chooses to make two upgrades in a day, those upgrades must be different from each other (i.e., they may not make the same upgrade twice in one day).

If a Baker does not perform this action during a day, they gain one Empty Pie at the end of that day unless this is prohibited by the “Pie Quota” rule.
