In the Rule “2.4.2 Playthings,” replace the following:
* If the comment includes the word “Torment,†the comment is a Tormenting Comment and the Divinity Torments the Plaything. If the Divinity has a Negative Influence in one of the spheres affecting the Plaything, they may increase their Prominence by up to V.
* If the comment includes the word “Uplift,†the comment is an Uplifting Comment and the Divinity Uplifts the Plaything. If the Divinity has a Positive Influence in one of the spheres affecting the Plaything, they may increase their Prominence by up to X.
with:
* If the comment includes the word “Torment†and the Divinity has a Negative Influence in one of the spheres affecting the Plaything, they Torment the Plaything and may increase their Prominence by up to V.
* If the comment includes the word “Uplift†and the Divinity has a Positive Influence in one of the spheres affecting the Plaything, they Uplift the Plaything and may increase their Prominence by up to X.
The current ruleset rewards Divinities when they “Torment” or “Uplift” outside of their spheres of influence. Because these comments do not affect Prominence, it is easier for a Divinity to become a Patron or Nemesis by Meddling ineffectively. This proposal fixes that bug.
