Proposal: Temporary Insanity

1-7. Timed-Out.—Chronos

Adminned at 07 Nov 2006 05:01:38 UTC

Add subrule 2.1.2 Temporary Insanity:
Whenever a Student with less then -20 Sanity wants to explicitly vote on a proposal, e must make a GNDT comment “vote DICE5”. If the result of the dice is 3 or less, the Student must vote for. If the result of the dice is 4, the Student must vote against. If the result of the dice is 5, the Student can vote whatever e wants.

E can not make change of vote.

After a proposal have been enacted or failed, the Student who proposed the proposal may decrease by 1 the Sanity of each Student with less than -20 Sanity who didn’t vote on the proposal.

Maybe if it was DICE and 10 1=for, 2=against, 3-10=rational decision.

Maybe.

I agree with Ornithopter. It’s a good idea, but 1/5 is too small a probability.

against Also, the would-be voter should have to declare in advance which proposal e is rolling for.

Clucky: he/him
