In the subrule “Spring” of the rule “Seasonal Changes”, change the text “If they have not done so during the current Spring, at any time, a Townsperson may Clean, and by doing so remove up to three Things from their Home.” to

If they have not done so during the current Spring, at any time, a Townsperson may Clean, and by doing so remove up to three non-Plague Things from their Home.

Removing Plagues just by cleaning is too strong.
