In “The Lego Brick”, amend “Whenever an Individual transitions from not being in the same Location as this Artefact, to being in the same Location as this Artefact” to:
Whenever an Individual Travels from not being in the same Location as this Artefact, to being in the same Location as this Artefact
Remove all Damage Counters that have been granted to Individuals via the Lego Brick’s effects upon being dropped while this Proposal has been Pending.

Anyways, there is an infinite Damage loop here. Drop the Brick, Grit, Pick it up, repeat. Sure, you’d gain massive Soul Damage yourself but I think we’d be lying to ourselves if we didn’t consider that alliance play easily exists.
Standard removal of the scam’s effects for a scam-revealing-and-fixing proposal.
