Add to the rule “Cases”:
As an atomic action, once per party per case, a lawyer may “Dig up Dirt” for a case in which he represents Party by making a comment on the case including the text “Dig up Dirt”, paying $20,000 from the slush fund, and rolling DICE3 in the GNDT. If the roll is a one, the guilt of the party they do not represent increases by 2.
Would also be possible to post “Dig up Dirt” with no money in your Slush Fund, just to intimidate your opponent. Which is all good fun, but weird that someone who did have a Slush Fund couldn’t choose to fake the action in the same way.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I’d like it to be clearer about what triggers the paying. Like it could be possible here for someone to post “Dig up Dirt” without also having the intention to pay $20k and actually dig dirt, but I as hidden-state-tracker won’t know the difference.
