To “Readings”, add a paragraph after the third:-

A Townsperson is Uncanny if it would be impossible for them to meet all the Predictions of their current Birth Sign during the current Season and under the current Ruleset, if no further Proposals or CfJs were enacted. If a Townsperson feels that they are Uncanny, they may respond to the Readings Post with a comment stating this, and explaining why.

To the final paragraph, add:-

If the Astrologer feels that any Townspeople are Uncanny, each such Townsperson gains 1 Fate.

At least a couple of Townspeople cannot possibly meet all three of their current Predictions this Season, even if they wanted to.

Although I would even more like a mechanic that was more under player control and not that random/uncontrolable.
