Remove the “+2 if the Activist filed an accurate Tip in the comments of the post at the following URL: https://blognomic.com/archive/whet_your_alibis” bullet point from The Big Day.

Enacted during a quieter part of the dynasty, this can only ever be a +2 bonus for Brendan and Derrick, and nobody else. Relocating the Plan would at best just give me +2 instead, so dropping the bullet point seems more in the interests of the wider group at this point.
