Proposal: Things to Make and Do and Not Do

Self-killed. Failed by Kevan.

Add a new rule, “Actions”, with two subrules:

“Unauthorized”, reading:

Dynastic actions described in this rule are, unless otherwise specified, not Authorized.

An Attorney (the Discoverer) may request Discovery of another Attorney (the Discoveree), by posting publicly on the blog to this effect. The Judge should then privately message the Discoverer with a randomly chosen Client of the Discoveree’s.
This action is Authorized if the Discoverer represents the State.

“Authorized”, reading:

Dynastic actions described in this rule are, unless otherwise specified, Authorized.

If an Attorney believes that another Attorney has performed an action that was not Authorized at the time it was performed, they may file an Injunction against that action by posting publicly on the blog to this effect.

The Filing of an Injunction by an Attorney representing the State is not Authorized.

“Legal” is arguably a better word than “Authorized”, but “legal” is already taken by the Ruleset. “Illegal” is “things you can’t do”, but “unauthorized” is “things you aren’t supposed to do, but can and maybe you can get away with”.

against S/K. This is not very popular, maybe because of its poor wording. I might come back to this idea if I can figure out a way to make it clearer.

Unpopular? Nobody’s voted against it, I think most people have just been offline for the past 18 hours.

“Unpopular” is too strong a word, but I’m reading into 3 people having voted for the first proposal but not this one. I still think it deserves a re-word; plus, I can re-word it around the potential Habeas Corpus edition of Clients.

Ah, fair point on the three voters.
