I’ll vote as any new Treaty should attempt to make at least a trivial contribution to gameplay.

Proposals that propose literally nothing should be voted down. Wouldn’t take it as a slight against you. Just people don’t want to add a pointless rule. There are no benefits, while there could be unforeseen consequences.

As there is no reason for me to sign this treaty just yet. If it ever becomes advantageous for me to increase my reach, I can always sign it then. But having the opportunity to increase my reach if needed is better than having that opportunity.
