Replace “There exist three Factions called BLO, GNO and MIC, respectively.” in dynastic rule Factions with “There exist four Factions called BLO, GNO, MIC, and EEB, respectively.”
Create a new rule in the EEB ruleset titled “Definitely Not A Puppet Faction Of The DDA” with the following text:
EEB is Definitely Not A Puppet Faction Of The DDA. All EEB Citizens must state this at least once in each of their proposals.
Create a new rule in the EEB ruleset titled “Command” with the following text:
There exists a position called the EEB Commander. The EEB Commander may veto an EEB proposal once per week. The EEB Commander may give his position to any other EEB citizen. If he does, he will no longer be in the position.
Make Rodlen a member of EEB.
Make Rodlen the EEB Commander.
I will give the position to someone else after this passes. By the way, EEB is Not A Puppet Faction Of The DDA.
