A Contestant must abide by the rules of fair play in Glossary section 3.6.

There is no longer a Glossary section 3.6.

I’m still kind of trying to figure out the rules, so I’m asking for future reference:
This rule can be enacted now (by an admin), because it has a quorum of supporting votes and has been open for at least 12 hours, correct?

Yuri: As I understand it, this proposal could only be adminned now if it were the oldest pending proposal, wihch it isn’t.  The only time a proposal may be adminned out of sequence is if it is vetoed.

Yep, and it’s normally the Host’s job to use judicious vetos in order to clear a blocked queue. I’ve cleared it up to this proposal now, so it should pass as soon as an admin notices.
