Proposal: Too much Sunscreen is better than none at all.

Passes 9-0. - Qwazukee

Create a subrule of Enjoyment called “Too Much of a Good Thing Is Not a Bad Thing” with the following text:

If an action would ever reduce a Tourist or Tour Guide’s statistic to a value that is less than 0, reduce that value to 0 instead.

Several actions might be construed as illegal if they reduce a statistic to a negative number (although the rules sometimes account for this, they do not always). For example, a Tourist who stays indoors with a Tan of 2 may have it reduced to 0; but a Tourist with a Tan of 1 may not have it reduced no matter how long they stay inside. This Proposal attempts to fix that.

for But maybe it should be more general?

“If an action would ever reduce a Tourist or Tour Guide’s statistic to a value that is less than its minumum value, reduce that value to its minimum value instead.”

Maybe even in the glossary?

No. Its better to play it safe and assume it doesn’t happen at all. Prevents lazy rule writing.
