In the rule “Music of the Spheres” change the text “If a Transpersonal Planet has already been named in the last 72 hours” to read “If a Transpersonal Planet has already been named in the last 3 days”.
Elias: Any reason why? I’ll self-kill it if you’ve got a good one.
Oh, only because “hours” indicates a more specific time span, and “days” makes things muddy.
But… Ornithopter is only trying to make the rules consistent. Personal planets have to wait 1 day, generational planets have to wait 7 days, and transpersonal planets have to wait… 72 hours??? Let’s make it so we only have to keep track of the day, and not the exact time.
I would rather set hours on the other three than days on this one.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
