Call for Judgment: Two Illegal Combos

If there is a mistake in the summary of the gamestate in a combo and that mistake doesn’t make it impossible for the stated actions to have happened, the author of that combo may correct those mistakes by making a comment along the format “[# of step]: [corrected gamestate summary]”.

In the interest of having a Hand-in post ready for Sphinx when they show up, lets make the gamestate corrected.
Make the combo post “That pile of boots had been a mountain all along” legal since the only thing wrong is a summary.
Make the post “It was all a dream!” legal. Transfer 10 supplies from orkboi to Boot Camp, reduce orkboi’s debt by 10. They had only 1 dogsled and couldn’t take more than 10 supplies, however the combo posted could have been completed with only 10 supplies. Make a “Mission Hand-in” post for the “Establishing a Dig Site” mission upon the enaction of this CfJ.

for I would like to raise the two following issues about this CfJ, though.

1)

Make a “Mission Hand-in” post for the “Establishing a Dig Site” mission upon the enaction of this CfJ.

This CfJ will create a Mission Hand-in, and the Expedition Leader will be entitled to STAMP it and distribute the rewards. However, I’m pretty convinced the Mission “Establishing a dig site” would still be Pending afterwards, as the CfJ-created Mission Hand-in wouldn’t change its status:

When a Mission’s Goal has been met, any Explorer (who is a Participant of that Mission’s Goal) can set that Mission’s Status from “Pending” to “Completed” with a “Mission Hand-in” public blog post, which must state the Mission and Participants involved.


2)

Make the combo post “That pile of boots had been a mountain all along” legal since the only thing wrong is a summary.

This could be interpreted (by the enacting admin) as “make the combo post legal, by updating the Gamestate to match the *wrong* summary.”

Well you or someone else could make a CfJ to fix the issues you raised. Not sure about #2 though.
