If a henchmen has severely displeased the overlord, he can always opt to let him perform one of his favorite hobbies, lobotomy. Sadly this has some ill effects on the henchman.
Create a rule titled “Lobotomy†with the text
As a weekly action, any henchman may ‘lobotomize’ eir Intelligence if e is located in the same location as the overlord. E shall then reduce their INT to 1.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
