Add a new dynastic rule called “Drain” and give it the following text
As a Weekly Communal Action, an Oligarch may reduce the power of the Despot by 50 (or to 0 if the Despot’s power is less than 50).
Please note that Bucky’s vote is invalid as he spent nothing to cast it.
But I don’t think spending Power or Credibility is necessary. The Television Centre can only effect other Oligarchs, so I’m fairly certain that Clucky’s lobbying was illegal. However, “A proposal with [UN] in its title can’t be vetoed.” applies regardless.
As RaichuKFM noted, the “[UN]” in the title is enough to prevent the veto.
I’m not sure I can Defer to a Veto, since I don’t know if it’s actually a Vote. So, in my confusion:
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
