BlogNomic: The First Dynasty of Desertfrog

Add the following new rule, titled “Rule Amendments”:

The text of all subrules of this rule is considered flavour text in all other respects except that when performing the Update Rules action, the first subrule is considered to have meaning as if it was the text of a proposal.

Unless a Proposal explicitly tells to modify the Official Rules, any instructions in it to edit the dynastic ruleset are not performed upon enactment, but instead the text containing those instructions is copied as a new subrule of this rule.

If there is no Ongoing Race and this rule has at least one subrule, any Admin may Update Rules, which is the following atomic action:
* Perform the instructions in the first subrule in this rule, following the rules for enactment described in “Resolution of Proposals”
* Remove the first subrule from this rule

A new Race may not be created if this rule has one or more subrules.
