Proposal: We want Adjectives!

Change all instances of “Theocracy” in the Ruleset and GNDT to “Theocratic”.
Change all instances of “Tangelocracy” in the Ruleset and GNDT to “Tangelocratic”.
Change all instances of “Dictatorship” in the Ruleset and GNDT to “Dictatorial”.

We haven’t quite been fully consistant with regards to these inclinations, Theocratic in particular.
