If the Proposal titled ” Battle of the Nomics!” failed, this Proposal does nothing.
Add rule “Methods and Procedures for Scoring” to the ruleset of Faction MIC:
Each Citizen has an amount of Management Points (abbreviated MP), which shall be tracked in the GNDT and is an integer. If at any moment, a Citizen’s MP is not a valid value, it becomes 0. As an hourly action (that is, an action that can be performed once an hour, and no more than once each hour), a Citizen may add 1 to their MP.
If you like micromanaging and refreshing the page compulsively again and again, the MIC Dynasty is the one for you!
BTW, I am not using the [Faction] Proposal method because it won’t work properly until some people join each Faction. If people like this mini-theme, they are more likely to join, so I encourage others to create Faction Rules through this method until they get enough population.
