But if you Scout for 50 Dump Routes you’ll never be able to get all five Golden Routes in your Request Assignment draw.

The scam is that you don’t need to. Leave three (or preferably five) Highway Routes active, leave all the Dump Routes active unless you can avoid it, then scout for enough Dump Routes to buy five Golden Routes, and activate them with your Highway Routes. It’d probably take multiple assignment requests, but likely be faster than the alternative method of doing it.

Aaaaaaaaand self-killed.

When you buy routes they become blocked ais, so that doesn’t work.

Activate your Highway Routes, scout for dump routes, scout for golden routes, request assignment.
Your Highway Routes will still be active, though maybe spread across the too many Dump Routes.
