The meme “tubicinate” is associated with Level 9.
Add the following text to “Tier 9: The True Reality”:
As a daily action, if no Mindjacker holds the Meme for this Tier, any Mindjacker whose name does not appear in the Memetic Exclusion list may acquire it. Immediately after changing their Level to 9 via Memetic Tunneling, a Mindjacker must add their name to the Memetic Exclusion list and then lose every Meme they have.
The Memetic Exclusion list is as follows. Any Mindjacker whose name appears in this list cannot acquire the Meme “tubicinate” by any means.

an alternative proposal for the Tier 9 Meme. being able to jump right to Tier 9 is extremely powerful, so it should only be possible to use it once!
This seems toothless to me, as in an ideal world a Mindjacker should only need to ascend to Tier 9 once - when they’re ready to win. If somehow someone lucks their way to 9 early then this is a bit useful but maybe too useful? IDK. If I was a player I’d probably be against
