As the only occupant of the Floors zone, and thus the current wielder of a veto option on this proposal, I’d like to see provisions added to it that a) repeal Blockade and b) grant me a Taser.

i accept your offer, so long as u also permit me to add a fix to some of the messy wording of the rule. i’d rather not make us all deal with an unstable earthlink while it’s still unclear how doppelgangers interact with their own locations. the fabric of spacetime would be in jeopardy!

Was thinking of proposing something like this myself. Kinda like Blockade though….

@redtara consider: if u were to make your own proposal to similar effect, brendan would still either have veto rights, or be freed from the blockade by zone movements! i dont think that we can afford to keep him barricaded up there much longer, considering he’s occupying some critical rules infrastructure

If the citizen is occupying their doppleganger’s floor, isn’t that the (one) floor that is publicly tracked as per:

“Each Citizen is on a Floor of Earthlink Tower, defaulting to Floor 1. A Citizen’s Floor is publicly tracked.”

so you wouldn’t have a doppleganger, just a delayed movement rule, because it doesn’t say ” A Citizen is *also* considered to be at…” [emphasis added] as does the former version.

I guess all I’m saying is that you could stand to throw in the word “also”.

Does look like “A Citizen is considered to be occupying their Doppelganger’s Floor for rules other than this one.” is going to immediately give everyone a null or default location.
