To

You can swap a Money you have for an Asset of your choice, newly created from the list of Assets in this rule.

Retroactively undo any uses of this swapping rule which would not have been allowed under this new reading, and which were performed while this CfJ was pending. They never happened.

Only checking in quickly so don’t have time to comb through the retroactivity clause to work out the correct gamestate, but I think Cuddlebeam has won anyway with Cough Fee enacting (they’ve already got 24 hours under their belt from earlier in the week, and will win in half an hour’s time if not).
