At the end of this dynasty, all Monks shall reveal which secret rules were in eir possession.

This is arguably an illegal proposal because it doesn’t affect the ruleset or gamestate. But it’s fairly meaningless anyway.
Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. (Revelation 10:4)
The last line doesn’t make much sense to me, but I am sure we can find something to do with it later.
