Proposal: Brain Drain

To the rule “Communication”, add:-

If the Communicant has been the Communicant for all of the previous 120 hours, and if the Alien has cast no votes FOR or AGAINST in that time, and if the Alien’s Brain has not been Atrophied in that time, then any Infected may Atrophy the Alien’s brain by making a blog post announcing such an event, and reducing the Brain of both the Communicant and the Alien by 1.

against Its not my fault noone is using the words. Change it so that the alien voting deferential prevents Brain Drains and I’ll support that.
