Replace the first two bullet points of “Cases” with:-
* Select a Client in a secretly random manner as its Plaintiff
* Select a Client in a secretly random manner (excluding the Plaintiff and all States) as its Defendant
* If neither Party of the Case is represented by Attorney, skip the rest of this atomic action
More interesting if there’s always something at stake in a Case.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
