In “Cases”, replace “For each Party in the Case whose Attorney made a comment on the Case’s blog post which included an AGAINST icon, decrease that Party’s Guilt for this Case by 1 (to a minimum of zero)” with:-

For each Party in the Case whose Attorney made a comment on the Case’s blog post which included an AGAINST icon, increase the other Party’s Guilt for this Case by 1

Making underhand tactics (which we have seen none of so far) more useful, in situations where both Clients may already be at Guilt Zero.

I think underhand tactics increase your slush fund, but so far that has no advantage other than secrecy. Is there a risk of this leading to attorneys waiting to post comments until the last minute if a clients’ guilt is zero?

[edelopo] Right now, if your Client has a Guilt of 3 or more you can use both a FOR and an AGAINST to bring that down.

[Zaphod] No, no risk of that as there is no “last minute” any more - Cases can only be closed after a full 24 hours of silence.
