Repeal the rule “Loss”.
Per the comments on Quarterly Performance Check. Repealing Outies because the game goals has shifted away from uprising-ish stuff (though through Code of Conduct and Memories there’s still some room to explore that) to more “work for the board” stuff. Loss goes because it’s the shortest and still had some opposition around the name unfairness issue.
Either the other proposal to revoke the rules will pass which will make this redundant, or it will fail on the basis of giving the stubs a bit of a chance before we remove them. In the latter case, I don’t believe the right choice would be to immediately revoke them anyway after a decision was made.
