In the Rule entitled “Weapon List”, change the text
An @ may not wield a melee-only weapon and a ranged-only weapon at the same time.
to
An @ may not wield a melee-only weapon and a ranged-only weapon at the same time. An @ may not wield a weapon with the word “spellbook†in its title and another weapon at the same time.
In the same rule, change the text
wielding a weapon with the word “wand†in its title
to
wielding a weapon with the word “wand†or “flare” in its title
Dual wielding wands is still legit, but burns through wands fast.
