Proposal: Draw Aware Gliotti Odds

Add the following text to the rule Gliotti as the fourth bullet point:

* Odds: 9-to-5 for outcomes where a Participant wins, and 10-to-3 for a Draw

For each Gliotti Sporting Event on or after September 21st, 2023, set its odds according to the new rule unless it already has a Bet placed on it.

Gliotti seems to be the worst game to bet on because it’s roughly a three way split between the outcomes but gets default odds that are based on a two way split. These odds tip the advantage for the Punters to about the same extent as the 11-10 does on a two-way bet.
