If Sealed with Approval [Appendix] passed, revert it’s effects.
In Numbers and Variables; after “If a piece of information is described as being tracked secretly or privately by the Yard (including secretly random selections), then that information may only be revealed by the Yard when the ruleset allows it. If a Truck should already know such a piece of information (in that the Yard has already told them it, or vice versa, and there is no way that the information could have been changed since then), the Yard may repeat it to them.” append the following text:
Additionally; if a piece of private information is described as being dynastic; the Truck or Yard who tracked that information may reveal it during an Interregnum or during any later dynasty.

Kevan: Yard he/him
You said in comments on Temporarily-Minded Seal that you thought it would be clunky to have a rule of something like “A Truck’s Secret Ingredient is tracked privately by the Yard, and is Sealed.”, but the wording implied here (“A Truck’s Secret Ingredient is tracked dynastically and privately by the Yard.”? “is tracked privately by the Yard and is dynastic”?) seems too subtle to me. On some level everything we’re doing is dynastic; I don’t think this wording would suggest to every reader that the information was going to be revealed when the dynasty was over.
Saying “Sealed” prompts more of a “hey, what does Sealed mean, I should look that up or ask someone” reaction. It doesn’t have to be that exact word, but I think we need something like it.
