A wizard with zero creatures in their stable may create a creature with up to one quality and a creature type of an animal name chosen from the list of animals which has not been already chosen by another Wizard for this rule during this Dynasty.

Add to Stables

A Wizard with a name contained in the following list may add a quality to a creature that has no qualities and is in their stable by removing their name from the list: PLAYERLIST. When the list has no names or the date is greater than July 1st, any Wizard may remove this paragraph from the ruleset.

When this is enacted, replace PLAYERLIST with the list of Wizards who have created a new animal with zero modifiers so far in this dynasty.
