Add a new type of Data to the bullet list in “Data”:-

If Budget is greater than zero, add that many “$” characters to the Data Store of Head Office.

In “Executive Measures”, remove “Budget is a publicly tracked number which represents the Facility’s funding. It defaults to 0.”

Reword the “Shareholder Reports” action to:-

Add one File and DICE3 Financial Records to any Location.

To the end of “Executive Measures”, add a paragraph:-

To “spend X Budget” is to remove X Financial Records from Locations which have the Head Desk tag.

Add a Datacenter tag to Head Office.
