Repeal all Dynastic rules.  Throughout the ruleset, change “Memory of Atlantis” to “Player” and “Linguist Team” to “Emperor”.  Remove Emperor status from Josh.

We repealed all the rules (flavour-texting them so that they’d still get clearly archived) and started a pick-a-theme subgame five days ago. Why repeal them again? Was this meant to start a metadynasty?

I can only assume so, but it doesn’t successfully do so, which is part of why I vetoed.
