Hey, Y’all I Made Ya a Header
So, my brother mentioned that, because a new dynasty had started, I could try and make a banner for y’all, and I hope you like it, I’m rather proud of it.

Ack! Someone made it the actual banner when Ienpw’s isn’t even finished!
I didn’t do it!
Wak has said in IRC that he doesn’t like the color scheme. Any ideas?
Never ask Ornithopter for color scheme advice. He will make your webpages hideous.
Also, Wak has specified that he wants it to say “The Djinn Djinasty”, not “The First Dynasty of Wakukee”.
The “Djinasty” was not a typo (e.g. Wak actually wants it to say “Djinasty”, not “Dynasty), and Wak has suggested a different color for the text “BlogNomic” - a light orange or red.
Why are we talking via comments anyway? We’re in the same house.
No I haven’t the colors are absolutely perfect—I just want it to read “The Djinn Djinasty”, not “The Djinn Dynasty”.
Syl has offered (while away from her computer) to create a tiled sand background.
I like gold.
We went to a lot of trouble perfecting the colour scheme.
But tile is so hard to lay in RL, and so easy to lay online. Everyone should have tiled BG’s (Not tiled Bee Gees)
Eh, you shouldn’t have the Dynasty’s “nickname” in the banner; if you want the pun, just work it into the official name: The First Djinasty of Wakukee.
Wak has officially stated that he wants the nickname in the banner. It’s his dynasty, so it’s his choice.
I actually prefer it this way, and I think this should be how it’s done from now on.
This does make it hard for the casual reader to work out who the current Emperor actually is, though.
Actually, I’m the one who reset the image back to the “The First Dynasty of Wakukee” banner, so I’d prefer to leave it that way…

Now all we need is a color scheme and a veto icon. I’m thinking a goldish yellow color for the background - something that could be interpreted either as sand or as gold.
