If the Proposal titled “DNR” passed, this Proposal does nothing.
Set all Survivors vitalities to Infected, even if they have anti-spore masks. Then, after Rule 2.10 takes effect, change all instances of “Survivor” to “Infected” and “Captain” to “Overlord”.
As per my comment earlier, if we’re going to put a halt to the dynasty, we may as well do it in an interesting way.
