In the Rule entitled “The Amulet” replace the text
any @ may decrease the Amulet of Yendor’s Dungeon Level by 1.
with
any @ or the RNG may decrease the Amulet of Yendor’s Dungeon Level by 1.
josh why are you against, it doesnt really change anything. Last time it was moved I moved it because Bucky asked if someone could.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.

I may be being dense, but I can’t see a way of the Amulet getting into an @‘s inventory intially. Am I missing something or is there no way for that to happen yet?
