If either Proposal: Beachfront Property or Proposal: Queue Here were not enacted then this proposal has no effect.

Add the following to the end of the rule called Atlantis:

Each District has a Deed. Each Guardian may hold any number of Deeds, defaulting to none; the Deeds held by each Guardian are publicly tracked. If a Guardian owns the Deed for a District then that Guardian may be said to be the Baron of that District.

In the rule The Queue, amend the bullet point which reads “* Creating a Building of any Type in any District, owned by themselves” to say:

* Creating a Building of any Type in any District, owned by themselves; or, take possession of a Deed which is not held by any other Guardian.
