Reword the sentence in the rule “The Crown Match” that begins “When a Player becomes Campione of at least two Games in the Crown Match…” as follows:
When a Player becomes Campione of at least two Games in the Crown Match, no Player who made Bets on the most recent Game of the Crown Match may increase their Pegs as a result of Bets made on that Game. In addition, when a Player becomes Campione of at least two Games in the Crown Match, the Dealer may and should perform an Atomic Action with the following steps:
Prepend to the steps of the Atomic Action in the rule “The Crown Match” the following steps:
- Perform any yet-unperformed Communal Actions described under the rule “Gambling” which relate to increasing or reducing Pegs from the result of Bets on the Game; for the purposes of this step, the Dealer is considered a Player.
- Increase the Pegs of each Player who made a Bet on the most recent Game of the Crown Match, if that Bet named the Campione of that Game, by the Juice identified in that Player’s Bet.
I assume that the issue clucky raised has been fixed, by the presence of clearly revised wording?
Raising a small red flag about adding complexity to the final announcement of the winner, per last dynasty. But this should be okay.

The dealer is not allowed to perform the communal actions, due to the fact that they can only be performed by players and the dealer is not a player.
Also wouldn’t this mean you always bet maximal on the player who is down 1-0? If your wrong, you still get your bet under “Increase the Pegs of each Player who made a Bet on the most recent Game of the Crown Match by the Juice identified in that Player’s Bet.”. If you’re right, then you also still get your bet. So I’m not really sure I understand the point of this. We’ve already seen issues in the past couple of days where east coast people / UK people are able to get online and place bets early on games and then those games end before the west coast folks even have time to wake up and see what’s going on. So I’d rather not make getting bets in even more important.
