To “Unlife”, add a paragraph:-
If a Vampire Lord’s Puissance is above 10, then that Vampire Lord is Bloodthirsty. While a Vampire Lord is Bloodthirsty, they may not Explore Rooms or Engrave Sigils.
To “Lair Actions”, add:-
Devastation is a Power Action with a cost of 7. The Vampire Lord carrying it out may select a room and remove a Feature from it.
Was going to add a plain old cap on Puissance, to encourage people to build stuff instead of stockpiling it to use later, but may as well try something a bit different, spinning off of Dust.
This greatly limits flexibility given how expensive exploring a room is. I would be much more inclined to vote for this proposal if the cap was 20 or 15.

I think these soft limits are all fine and well, but how are you supposed to reset yourself if you get stuck in Dust or Bloodthirsty?
