add a rule to the Ruleset entitled “The End” with the following text:
At the end of this Dynasty, or when this Rule is repealed, AngryGrasshopper shall make a Wiki page entitled “Secret Rules”. This page shall contain all Secret Rules, the plaintext of all Encrypted Rules and the list of all Suspicious Monks.
“Or when this Rule is repealed”? He can make the page anyway, at the end, if he wants to.
I intend to do this in any case, but I’m leery of the “or when this Rule is repealed” clause. If you were to remove it you’d almost certainly have my vote.
I’m sure e intends to make all the secret stuff public at the appropriate time; we don’t have to force em. Also, everyone with knowledge of secret/encrypted rules will probably be eager to show off!
Disliking the “when this Rule is repealed” clause. I’m also inclined to trust AG to reveal things at the appropriate time.

BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
The game has been running since 2003 and resets every month or so. Have a look around the wiki for more information and history. New players are always welcome and can join in the game at any time.
