After the sentence which reads “If the Queue is empty, any Atlantean may move all Atlanteans who are on the Path to the Queue, retaining their order.” add:
They should then add the names of each Atlantean who owns a Deed to the Queue again, this time in a random location.
This would get very unbalanced very quickly. If someone manages to hang onto a baron title for five queues (which have so far been processed pretty quickly), then they have six more opportunities for growth than someone who joins at that point. It’s a positive feedback loop favoring those who have been around longer. It would take a complimentary negative feedback loop of similar power to get me to vote for this.
BlogNomic is an online Nomic: a self-modifying game where changing the rules is part of the game. Players make blog posts proposing additions or alterations to the ruleset, discussing and casting votes in the comments: if enough vote in favour, the rules are changed and play continues.
