Having caught Hix red-handed in the presence of several witnesses, Bruno, Bucky, Kevan, Marcello and the Sergeant restrain Hix and drag em into the Detention Cell. Finding emself cornered outnumbered, Hix decides nto go with them after minimal pursuasion.
Move Hix into the Detention Cell and lower eir TF by a nonnegative intiger of eir chosing less than 10. E may reduce the TF of another Monk mentioned in this Story Post by up to half that amount.
