No, we don’t always objectively know what’s in photos. I can recognise a cat, but if an image was abstract or outside of my area of expertise, I may make the wrong call.

If I misidentify a Belgian street scene as “France” under the current rule, the Facility Head can decide whether I’m Errant for doing so. If the rule demanded objective truth, then misidentifying something would be a full-on illegal action and my Understanding of “Paris” would be an invalid value, with nobody realising.

i might want to change “object or lifeform” to “noun” or similar, because in your example kevan “france” isn’t an object or a lifeform, it’s a place! and this also doesn’t include more abstract things like colours and et cetera :0
