To “Hallucinations”, add:-

If a proposal has the tag “Hallucination” and its only proposed change to the ruleset and gamestate is the repeal of a single dynastic rule which has no subrules, it is considered a Hallucination Proposal. If a Castaway’s HSR is greater than the HSR of a Hallucination Proposal’s proposer, their vote on that Proposal is considered to be FOR (even if they have not voted on it, or have cast a different vote).

Hmm. I have no HSR, but this would mean that anyone who has a low enough HSR can probably repeal any dynastic rule without subrules? I could go for it if it were more like 3 points more HSR, but this gathers votes from anyone just not paying attention. against

Since these are proposals, the lowest HSR player is capped at two repeals per day, and in practice that’d be slowed by other proposals in the queue.
